These aren’t the fairy tales you grew up with. New twists reimagine the classics to all sorts of places you’d never expect. This anthology was written solely for the purpose of raising money for the DM Currier Foundation for Peripartum Cardiomyopathy Research. For more information, you can visit savethemamas.org.
To stop a zombie plague, Snow White will need to kill the evil Queen before the last apple falls.

How do you come up with character names? How do you come up with novel titles?
Novel titles usually just come to me. Often, they come first and the book comes second! As for character names, they usually present themselves to me, too. I only have to look up names for secondary characters using baby names sites. My main characters already know who they are. :)
Do you have any advice for anyone that would like to be an author?
Just write. Don’t get caught up in publishing and sales and what everyone else around you is doing.
What is your favorite fairy tale? What do you love about it?
The Little Mermaid (Disney-style!) I’ve always loved mermaids, and I actually have plans for a mermaid trilogy down the road that will take place in the same world as MerQueen.
